ValuedMember^®: White List

To ensure delivery of ValuedMember email promotions please add theclubhouse@valuedmember.com to your email white list.

Yahoo.com:

• Sign into yahoo mail and click on "Mail Options" on the right side of the screen
• Under the column called Spam click on "Filters"
• Once in "Filters" click on "Add"
• In the "From Header: contains" add theclubhouse@valuedmember.com
• Under the "Then. Move the message to:" Select "n Box" from the drop down box.
• Then Click "Add Filter"

Hotmail and MSN:

• Sign in to you email account
• Click on "Options" on the top right side of the screen
• On the "Mail Options" screen choose "Custom Filters"
• Under "Step 1: Filter Criteria" Choose "are from the e-mail address:" and add theclubhouse@valuedmember.com
• Under "Step 2: Folder" Deliver these messages to the following folder: choose inbox.
• Next click "OK"

AOL:

• Sign in to your AOL account.
• Go to the "Mail" on the top toolbar and choose "Mail Center"
• Choose Spam Control from the list
• If the "Sender Filter" is off you should be getting ValuedMember email
• If "Sender Filter" is on click edit
• To receive email you will need to have either "Allow mail only from people I know" or "Use a Custom Sender List" checked.
• If you choose "Allow mail only from people I know" you will need to add theclubhouse@valuedmember.com to your address book
• If you choose "Use a Custom Sender List" you will need to click the link and add theclubhouse@valuedmember.com to the sender list.
