Taking advantage of our ValuedMember® Program doesn't require a membership card. By simply using your registered credit or debit card, your points will be automatically applied to your personal profile based on the amount you spent in our restaurant. Best of all, there are no cards to remember on your way out the door.

- Why is my credit or debit card number required to participate in the program?
When you use your registered credit cards with us your points and other
exclusive savings are automatically posted to your account without having
to carry or show any additional membership card. We have limited information
displayed on our site to keep highly sensitive information from being shown.
Our site is a VeriSign Secure Site. All information sent and received from
this site is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

- Why do you need my e-mail and home addresses?
From time to time, we may want to inform you of special upcoming events or limited-time offers via e-mail available exclusively to our ValuedMembers. We will send you cards via US Mail marking your birthday and membership anniversary.

- Why do you need my birthday?
We want to help celebrate your special occasion and offer our ValuedMembers a gift. Come in any time during your birthday month to take advantage of this special offer.
Simply bring in the card and we'll take care of the rest. Birthday gift is subject to change.

- How do I view your e-cards if I use AOL?
Our ValuedMember communications are sent in HTML format and may not appear when using certain versions of AOL. You can click on the link at the top of the message which will take you to our website or contact a ValuedMember Representative at 888.265.4161.

- Is my information secure?
Security is our top priority and we have selected VeriSign to secure our site. All information sent to us is encrypted when in transit. We've taken a number of steps to protect your personal and confidential information including:
- using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology any time you transmit data
- requiring your user ID & password
- limiting your personal information to high-level users within our organization
- limiting the amount of information displayed on your personal profile
- Why haven't I received anything from your program yet?
Please click the Profile tab, and make sure the e-mail address you have listed is still valid. If not, please update your information so we can continue sending you exclusive offers.

- When paying with cash, can I accumulate points?
Yes, just click on the Points Tab, and click Enter Receipt. Enter your check number, amount, and date and we will verify the information. Please allow three business days for the reward points to appear in your personal profile.
You will receive an e-mail from ValuedMember confirming your points have been awarded to your personal profile. If the information submitted in your
request does not match a valid cash transaction, you will receive an e-mail notification requesting that you contact a ValuedMember Representative.

- Where can I view my reward points?
You can view your activity on this site to confirm your points have been credited to your personal profile. Just click Points Tab, and then click Membership Summary. Also, after each visit using your registered credit card, you will receive an e-mail with your updated point totals.

- How long will it take for the reward points to post to my profile?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your reward points to post to your personal profile.

- How do I receive my second spend savings?
There are no savings associated with your type of account. Please contact ValuedMember customer care representative for further questions.

- How long will it take for a credit to appear?
Your credit card will be credited within 5-7 business days after your visit. It will appear on your next registered credit card statement. Just make sure to use your registered card(s) when paying your check.

- How can my points be used?
We want you to have multiple options when it comes to redeeming your points. You can use them to receive:
- airline miles on the carrier of your choice (redeemed in 2,500 point increments)
- a credit for future meals
- a gift certificate
- When can I redeem points?
Points are redeemable after your second visit. Click here to login and view the point structure.

- How can I redeem my points?
Click here to login and then click on the Points Tab near the top of the page, then click Rewards. Then click on the option you would like. Or, contact a ValuedMember Representative at 888.265.4161 or customercare@valuedmember.com.

- How do I earn bonus points?
From time to time, we will run special promotions that earn you extra points on your transactions. Watch our e-mail communications to find out when these limited-time offers apply.

- What is auto redemption?
Auto redemption is a credit that is automatically applied to your primary registered credit card after your next visit to the restaurant(s). If you do not use the entire amount during that visit, the balance will be used on subsequent ones.

- What is a primary credit card?
When you have multiple credit cards registered on your profile, we request that you select a primary card. All auto redemption credits will be applied to this card.

- How long will it take to receive gift cards?
Please allow 4-6 weeks to fulfill your request. The gift certificates will be mailed to the address listed in your personal profile.

- Can I register multiple cards?
You can register as many credit or debit cards as you like. Simply login and then click on your Profile Tab, click Add next to Register Credit Cards or call us toll-free at 888.265.4161 and a ValuedMember Representative will assist you. Either way, we can retroactively award points to your account for transactions that have already occurred on the card you chose to register.

- What do I need to do if my credit card expired?
You can update your credit card information by logging in and clicking the Profile Tab, select the expired card, and click Remove. If the credit card number has remained the same, simply click Edit Exp. Date to update.

- Can I change my password?
Yes, just click on the Profile Tab, click Edit next to My Personal Information, delete your password, and replace it with one of your choosing. Then click Continue at the bottom of the page to save the update.

- How do I change my e-mail address?
Just login and click the Profile Tab, and Edit next to My Personal Information. Delete your current e-mail address and replace it with your new one. Click Continue at the bottom of the page and your profile will be updated.

- How do I register family members?
Click on the Profile Tab located near the top of the page. Click Add next to Family Members, and enter their information. Click Continue at the bottom of the page to update your profile.

- Why I don't I get promotional and thank you emails?
There are three main reasons why you may not be getting your ValuedMember emails. Please check the following:
- Make sure your correct email is on file
- Make sure you add theclubhouse@valuedmember.com to your white list
- Make sure you have requested to receive these email in your profile section

- What is a White List?
A white list is a list of email addresses that you want to receive messages from.

- Does my ValuedMember membership need to be renewed each year?
The membership fee is a one time fee due upon enrollment. You do not need to renew your membership each year. (Your account/membership can become
inactive if you have no spend activity on a registered credit/debit card for more than 12 months.)
